Contact us →Build your own quote online in a couple of minutes. You’ll pay to reserve a certain amount of time. As long as we stay within that time, there will be no additional charges. If you need our team for longer, we’ll prorate the overtime to the minute, so you only pay for the time you need.
While you can’t rent our trucks, you can reserve a truck with your team, and Room2Room Movers will handle both the moving and driving.
Our trucks come equipped with blankets, plastic wrap, and ratchet straps. Your team will wrap furniture and use blankets to protect items from rubbing together in the truck. If you have anything that needs extra care, just let the team know.
For the most efficient moving experience, we ask that all items be packed and ready to go when your team arrives. You handle the packing, and our team will handle all the heavy lifting.
No problem. Most changes can be made online. For busy or sold-out dates, we may need flexibility when rescheduling your service, and our team will do its best to accommodate date or time changes.
Tips are not expected, but they are greatly appreciated. If you’d like to tip your team, each mover has Venmo and can accept cash, or you can add a tip to an invoice. Tips go solely to the movers unless otherwise specified.
