At Room2Room Movers, supporting Auburn students and serving the community has always been at the heart of what we do. From moving day stress to storage solutions between semesters, our team has built a business around serving college students with care, reliability, and community spirit. This year, that mission expanded in a meaningful new direction through our partnership with the Auburn Campus Kitchen, a program dedicated to addressing student food insecurity on campus.
For many people, college is a season of excitement and opportunity. But for a rising number of students across the country, it also comes with challenges, including access to reliable, nutritious food. The Auburn Campus Kitchen provides a crucial support system through its fully stocked student pantry, offering groceries, fresh ingredients, and meal essentials to any Auburn student who may need them. Some of this food is donated by the Auburn Kroger, which plays a significant role in keeping the pantry filled.
That’s where Room2Room Movers comes in.
Delivering Donations and Delivering Impact
Every week, our team picks up donated food from Kroger and transports it directly to the Campus Kitchen on Auburn’s campus. What began as a simple logistics request quickly evolved into a partnership we’re incredibly proud of. Our goal is to ensure that the valuable resources Kroger provides make it safely and consistently into the hands of the Auburn students who need them most.
